The Park Residence is located next to the Huai Khwang MRT underground train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are in good condition and offer twin beds, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice bonus.

One aspect that could be improved is the sewer smell in the bathroom.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff is nice. The Hotel is clean. The room is clean every day. The Hotel is next to the mrt exit no.4. Right of hotel there is a road and if you turn right again there is a local market which the Pad Thai is every good. If you have a flight at 8pm you need to do a super late check out you can extends with 800baht at the front desk.

There is a Singing Bar that run til 2am which you won't be able to sleep until then. There is some smell in the wash room that you must keep the door close at all time. The so call hotel massage is not in the hotel but across the street. But in the end for 1100baht a night what more can you ask?

The staff was very friendly and amenable. The room was very nice, especially for the price. Bed was comfortable, plenty of room in the room as well. Very good a/C. Right by a SkyTrain stop, easy walking distance.

Air Conditioner was loud and shower was very small - happy to put up with for price though. Also the band/karaoke downstairs can be a little loud - didn't bother me, but may bother others as they can play pretty late.

Great value hotel for a weekend escape. Conveniently located near public transportation and a variety of restaurants. The room was cozy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing sleep. Free wifi and hot shower were appreciated.

The hotel is located near a noisy area with a nightclub nearby, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The housekeeping staff could improve their service as they didn't respect our privacy and entered the room while we were resting.

The fiendlyness, and helpfulness, the peacefulness inside the hotel. and it was well centralised. The reception ladies and bellboys were so homely and curtious.

One minor drawback is the lack of selection of TV channels, but that is compensated by the other amenities that the hotel has to offer.

There was strong sewage smell coming from the toilet. The bed was too low, very hard and not comfortable.

The location is the best for this hotel. It is very easy to connect to other destination. Near food center.

You have the subway just in front of the entry of the Hotel. The room was clean and good design. You have a little market very near where you can see only Thai people, not tourists, and for us that's very interesting.

Although it has the subway very near, this hotel is very far from the turistic area, so you have to waste a lot of time/money going to main neighborhoods or the centre. There are lots of hotel for the same price more near. The breakfast could improve a bit in variety.
